4. Prices and payment. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but you'll pay the price shown when you placed your order. Payment is made securely through our third-party payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
5. Order acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens after payment, we'll refund you in full.
6. Product use and safety. Please read and follow all product instructions. Use body-safe, compatible lubricants and the correct charger for each device. Stop using a product if you experience any irritation or discomfort, and consult a doctor if needed. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
7. Shipping, returns and privacy. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property. All content on this website — including our logo, images and text — belongs to Silky Secrets Boutique or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
