We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order, we never sell your information, and we handle it in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect.

  • Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address
  • Order details and purchase history
  • Payment confirmation (we never see or store your full card details — payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers)
  • Basic website data such as your device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies

Why we use it.

  • To process, ship and track your orders
  • To contact you about your order, returns or questions
  • To send marketing emails or SMS — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time
  • To improve our website and prevent fraud

Who we share it with. We share your details only with the parties needed to complete your order: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, our fulfilment partner and courier companies. Each receives only what it needs. We never sell or rent your information.

Your privacy is our priority. Because of the personal nature of our products, we keep your order history strictly confidential. Our staff and partners do not discuss or disclose what you've ordered.

Cookies. Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.

How we protect it. Your information is stored on secure, encrypted platforms. Access is limited to people who need it to run the business.

How long we keep it. We keep order records for as long as required by South African tax and consumer law (generally 5 years), then delete them securely.

Your rights. Under POPIA you can ask us to:

  • Show you the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct or update it
  • Delete it, where we're not legally required to keep it
  • Stop sending you marketing
